For the chatting box, why do not you submit a request to ups of the forum about establishing a dialogue box especially for English. I sometimes do not have the time to use Internet due to my busy schedule. I will love to see someone to chat with when I need be. The idea is like the blogs of the members except that you will get a reply with just a click.
I know that the idea may raise an oppositions because of certain reasons, but it’s not a waste just to try
