In comparison with Nicolas Nickleby
In a close study to Oliver twist's characters, we find our selves with another similar characters and that is The Nicolas Nickleby characters .It appears to us that there are some similarities between Oliver and Nicolas as good characters .Both of them were struggling in an injustice and very gloomy society and also the were also in contact with the bad characters as they proceed in the novel. the main difference between them is that Oliver was alone with no family from the very beginning but Nicolas had some of his family from the very beginning it the life of an orphan versus a life a young boy who hated his uncle .to recall an insight that I had and it might be a question that I have in my mind and it says ''what if we got a story were Nicolas and Oliver are bound to meet " , I am sure it will something that we as readers will look forward to read about it .the bad characters in Nicolas Nickleby was less bloodthirsty and more greedy .Ralph Nickleby is the uncle of Nicolas. He was considered to be bad because he was trying to destroy somehow Nicolas .By comparing him to Oliver's Bumble we find the same aspects between the and that is to destroy either the life of the main characters or their reputation ,Bumble how badly reported on Oliver and Ralph who Vowed to destroy one who hold his blood . I think that dickens here reflecting or sowing us how the lives of young people are affected by the greedy injustice materialist coldhearted society specifically the people around them, not to forget their own families.

What makes this novel something essential to the readers is how they were divided into good and bad characters. Apparently Dickens wanted us to see where and how the character good or bad play a major rule on defining the process of justice and injustice. Oliver twist that were twisted by the fate to be stuck always with what is bad he was always in trouble just because he was contacting with who was and I think this is the major thing and difference between Oliver and all the good characters. Because there was Mrs.Bedwin in the novel Dickens guided a fading light of justice toward Oliver's process in the story just because she didn’t believe what Mr. Bumble said gave a slight difference to Oliver's fate, but what if she believed Mr. Bumble? Maybe darkness and evil will prevail. Actually it is good and very good to have good characters like this, to prove that good will always prevails. a none rounded characters who played a passive role was brittles with the rule to let people think that he was a handicapped good man and what makes him good is that he didn’t constitute on making Oliver's life a misery .The one time that the readers thought that Oliver's life will be much better than it was in the work house was when he was put in the hand o an old undertaker , that’s right it will be Mr.Sowerberry the good hearted man to Oliver and the weak hearted one in front of his wife thus turning against Oliver because of his complaining ,nagging and conspirator wife .Sowerberry and the scene that was attached to him was a reason to Oliver to run away and to become part of a big city .
The bad wicked and evil character and their important demonic role they have played was so essential in letting Dickens criticizing what can be seen in society in that era .Instead of since of justice ,kindness and hope that we have found within the good character ,here in the bad characters we find wickedness ,bloodthirst,greed and injustice and each has his own share. Bumble the merciless and greedy minor church official was so injustice to the children who lived in the work house .he was always putting Oliver into tight spot by giving bad reports about him but some of the characters in the story didn’t believe most of them .he played a major part on moving the plot to the big city with Oliver. Fagin , the mark of the bad greedy man as if Dickens put the whole greed of his society into making this Fagin fellow .A strange feeling we will feel if we read his part in the story at first ,we will all say fagin is good Fagin is the best he gave Oliver a nice place to stay in but then there was a catch ,Oliver must become a pick pocket as a condition and then after reading all about this pick pocketing we as readers again will how bad Fagin is making a helpless child stealing from others .At first in this paragraph I said blood thirst , well we can see it in one bad mean and vicious character and that is Bill Sikes.he was the one who prevail over a light of what is good ,I am talking about his murder of Nancy .Brutal as ever to anyone even Oliver , now that I think about it , Oliver was always in contact with bad figures , I mean bad characters as if Dickens was showing us the struggle of someone and how he fight injustice to replace it with justice .
