المحاضره مناقشة ضرورة التغذية السليمة للأطفال والتعرف على القيمة الغذائية لجميع اصناف الطعام الصحي : البروتينات , الكربوهيدرات , ... الخ وضرورة تناول وجبة الافطار عند لاذهاب الى المدرسه
