Licensing Lead
Reference: REF-001
Responsibilities
Work as a member of the Licensing and Regulatory Affairs team on performing full range of licensing and regulatory tasks required to license and operate a nuclear power plant. Takes leadership role in tasks to ensure that the plant is licensed effectively and efficiently in compliance with all applicable regulations. After initial licensing, continue to perform licensing and regulatory affairs tasks to maintain compliance with regulations and support efficient plant operation.
Develop plans, identify input and support needed, and prepare licensing submittals by translating the safety information (technical input) into comprehensive license applications that satisfy all applicable regulatory and technical requirements.
Research regulatory topics and develop technical and regulatory strategies to resolve technical and regulatory issues associated with the nuclear power plant.
Interact/coordinate with other ENEC departments, the Prime Contractor, UAE regulatory agencies and IAEA in the development of the regulatory framework for the UAE.
Develop ENEC regulatory processes and procedures for use by ENEC and the Prime Contractor in carrying out the licensing function.
Review and comment on draft regulations, review industry operating experience, work and develop regulatory strategies for addressing emerging regulatory issues.
Devise methods of compliance with new regulations and provide training and instruction to affected ENEC organizations as needed.
Mentor entry level engineers to develop capabilities and expertise.

Project Accounting Manager – Prime
Reference: REF-003
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Operations, Program Controls, Contract Administration, Procurement and MA/Client Functional Lead as needed to integrate data collection and reporting , participate in month end reviews with Prime Contractor
Contribute to the overall and annual program budget process; monitor budget performance against approved levels and provide appropriate analysis and explanations for variations
Establish Prime Contractor reporting package (in coordination with Project Accounting and Controls personnel) required to facilitate timely review of billings and change management related to changes in schedule, cost budget or scope/design changes
Oversee and manage the activities of the Prime Project and Cost Accountants. Prepare program monthly close reports, projections and cash flow statements to support ENEC Corporate Finance and Treasury activities
