وذلك تحت رعاية الفاضل موسى الهنائي مدير مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة البريمي وبحضور أولياء أمور الطلبة ، وقد تلخصت المحاضره التي تحمل عنوان " التعامل مع المراهقين في المنظور الإسلامي " على عدد من الاهداف وذلك بالتعرف على حاجة المراهقين وإكتساب المهارات وأساليت التي تساعد على التعامل مع المراهقين وبناء جسور التواصل بين المراهقين وأولياء الأمور وكذلك مع الملعمين والمعلمات ،قدم المحاضر الدكتور اسماعيل راشد .</span></span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: navy">الجدير بالذكر مرحلة المراهقة هي مرحلة طبيعية في النمو وفي حياة الأبناء وهي المرحلة الأخطر في حياة أبنائنا ولابد ان نكون قريبين منهم بشكل كبير ونحرص على توفير النصيحة لهم ومن أكبر المشاكل التي تواجه الكثير من الأباء هي التعامل مع الأبناء المراهقين اثناء الدراسة وكيفية اقناعهم بأهمية التفوق والنجاح والكثير من الأباء يفشلون في توفير النصائح الهامة لا بنائهم ويكون بينهم الكثير من المشاكل والتوتر بينهم ، ن المشكلات التي تطرأ على المراهقين سببُها الرئيس هو عدم فَهم طبيعة واحتياجات المرحلة من قِبَل الآباء والمربِّين، وأيضًا عدم تهيئة الطفل أو الطفلة لهذه المرحلة قبل وصولها؛ ولهذا يحتاج المراهقون في هذه الفترة الحسَّاسة من حياتهم إلى التوجيه والإرشاد بعد فَهمٍ ووعْي لهذه السلوكيَّات، وذلك من أجْل ضبط عواطفهم الحسَّاسة، وتعديل سلوكهم، وتهذيب أنفسهم؛ حتى نحافظ عليهم من الانسياق المتطرِّف وراء رغباتهم ونزواتهم، وأيضًا نحتاج إلى برنامج يتَّسم بالهدوء والشفافِيَة واللطافة، بعيدًا عن القسوة في التعامل، الذي لا ينتج عنه سوى المزيد من العِناد، والمزيد من الإصرار على الخطأ.</span></span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: navy">وهناك العديد من الطرق الحديثة والتي تتيح للآباء التعامل مع المراهقين اثناء الدراسة</span></span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: navy">قومي بطلب طلبات محددة منه في المنزل، فهذا يشعره بأنه لم يعد صغيرًا.</span></span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: navy">أظهار كل الحب له وكذلك والده لأن ذلك يقدم له توازنًا عاطفيًا يمنعه من الوقوع أسير أي علاقة عاطفية غير مسؤولة مع الجنس الآخر.</span></span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: navy">لابد ان تكوني صديقة الأبناء وتتقربي منهم وتحاول حل جميع المشكلات العاطفية والدراسية الخاصة ندوة كيف تتعامل مع المراهقين وذلك تحت رعاية الفاضل موسى الهنائي مدير مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة البريمي وبحضور أولياء أمور الطلبة ، وقد تلخصت المحاضره التي تحمل عنوان " التعامل مع المراهقين في المنظور الإسلامي " على عدد من الاهداف وذلك بالتعرف على حاجة المراهقين وإكتساب المهارات وأساليت التي تساعد على التعامل مع المراهقين وبناء جسور التواصل بين المراهقين وأولياء الأمور وكذلك مع الملعمين والمعلمات ،قدم المحاضر الدكتور اسماعيل راشد . الجدير بالذكر مرحلة المراهقة هي مرحلة طبيعية في النمو وفي حياة الأبناء وهي المرحلة الأخطر في حياة أبنائنا ولابد ان نكون قريبين منهم بشكل كبير ونحرص على توفير النصيحة لهم ومن أكبر المشاكل التي تواجه الكثير من الأباء هي التعامل مع الأبناء المراهقين اثناء الدراسة وكيفية اقناعهم بأهمية التفوق والنجاح والكثير من الأباء يفشلون في توفير النصائح الهامة لا بنائهم ويكون بينهم الكثير من المشاكل والتوتر بينهم ، ن المشكلات التي تطرأ على المراهقين سببُها الرئيس هو عدم فَهم طبيعة واحتياجات المرحلة من قِبَل الآباء والمربِّين، وأيضًا عدم تهيئة الطفل أو الطفلة لهذه المرحلة قبل وصولها؛ ولهذا يحتاج المراهقون في هذه الفترة الحسَّاسة من حياتهم إلى التوجيه والإرشاد بعد فَهمٍ ووعْي لهذه السلوكيَّات، وذلك من أجْل ضبط عواطفهم الحسَّاسة، وتعديل سلوكهم، وتهذيب أنفسهم؛ حتى نحافظ عليهم من الانسياق المتطرِّف وراء رغباتهم ونزواتهم، وأيضًا نحتاج إلى برنامج يتَّسم بالهدوء والشفافِيَة واللطافة، بعيدًا عن القسوة في التعامل، الذي لا ينتج عنه سوى المزيد من العِناد، والمزيد من الإصرار على الخطأ. وهناك العديد من الطرق الحديثة والتي تتيح للآباء التعامل مع المراهقين اثناء الدراسة قومي بطلب طلبات محددة منه في المنزل، فهذا يشعره بأنه لم يعد صغيرًا. أظهار كل الحب له وكذلك والده لأن ذلك يقدم له توازنًا عاطفيًا يمنعه من الوقوع أسير أي علاقة عاطفية غير مسؤولة مع الجنس الآخر. لابد ان تكوني صديقة الأبناء وتتقربي منهم وتحاول حل جميع المشكلات العاطفية والدراسية معهم تشجيع الابناء على العمل التطوعي وخدمة المجتمع لانه يفيد المجتمع كله تشجيع الابناء على ممارسة الرياضة والتقدم فيها حاولي تنظيم وقته بين الدراسة والرياضة والترفيه والعمل التطوعي. تقدير مشاعره وامدحي آراءه الجيدة. اصغي إليه وناقشي آراءه. كوني قريبة منه متقديم المساعدة له عنديما يتطلب الامر ذلك لابد من تشجيع المراهقين على الطموح وعلى تصور المهنة التي يرغب بها ودراسة ما يحب ولا تفرضي عليه
