ألأشبال الذين التحقو بالدور وألياء أمورهم ومعلموهم وعدد لفيف من الحضور، حيث بدأت فقرات الحفل بتلاوة من الذكر الحكيم وعرض مرئي فيه جمعت صور الذكريات للطلبة بعدها كرم معلمون الأشبال من قبل الشيخ أحمد الكندي أمام وخطيب الجامع وبحضور الشيخ صالح الشعيبي مشرف الدورة وبعدها تم عرض مرئي أخر عن رحلة من طلاب ومعلمين المركز إلى بعض ولايات السلطه وزيارة للمشايخ الكرام لينتهي الحفل بتكريم الطلبة الأشبال تتابعا على حسب تفوقهم في الحضور والمشاركة ، الجدير بالذكر مسابقة أشبال جامع السلطان قابوس من اشراف الشيخ صالح الشعيبي تهدف إلى تعليم الأشبال في الأمور الفقهية والتجويد والحفظ خلال فترة شهر مايو فيها
