البوسعيدي نائب الأمين العام لمجلس الوزراء حفل ختام فعاليات أسبوع الأصم العربي 39 تحت شعار ( رياضة الأشخاص الصم ) وذلك بمسرح التريية بولاية البريمي . بحضور المكرمين أعضاء مجلس الدولة وأصحاب السعادة أعضاء مجلس الشورى . ومدراء الدوائر الحكومية الخاصة . وعددا من الضيوف . ونظم نادي الصم بمحافظة البريمي فعاليات متنوعة للإحتفال بأسبوع الأصم 39 خلال الفترة 20 _ 24 / 04 / 2014 م . تضمنت العديد من البرامج والأنشطة الرياضية . منها :  مسيرة رياضية . ومنافسات في كرة القدم ، كرة الطائرة ، تنس الطاولة ، الشطرنج ، مسابقة الجري . وقد شارك في هذه المنافسات ما يزيد عن 20 أصم من مختلف محافظات ومناطق السلطنة . بالإضافة إلى الصم من ولاية البريمي . وتضمن البرنامج زيارات ترفيهية  وعلمية لأبرز المعالم والمرافق العامة في ولاية البريمي . كالحصون والحدائق ، وكلية البريمي . وجمعية الفنون التشكيلية بالبريميوبعدها  كرم راعي المناسبه وبمعيته ادارة  نادي الصم بمحافظة البريميكل  من ساهم في إنجاح فعاليات أسبوع الأصم العربي 39 . من الأفراد والشركات الراعية . والجهات الإعلامية المختلفة . على جهودهم
