Purple"><strong><p style="text-align: justify">خلال الندوة الأولى لمبادرة البريمي أجمل التي تبناها المجلس البلدي بمحافظة البريمي وبرعاية جامعة البريمي، قدمت كلية الهندسة بجامعة البريمي ورقة مهمة اعتبرها المشاركون أهم أوراق الندوة وكانت بعنوان ( التجميل والمعمار)، قدمها كل من الدكتور إسلام سلام والدكتور محمد رفعت من قسم الهندسة المعمارية.</p></strong></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: Purple"><strong></p></strong></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: Purple"><strong>وهدفت ورقة (التجميل والمعمار) إلى تقديم عرض توثيقي للوضع الراهن للحالة العمرانية والصورة البصرية لمدن المحافظة ( البريمي ومحضة والسنينة) وأهم السمات المميزة لها، مع عرض لبعض المقترحات.</p></strong></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: Purple"><strong></p></strong></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="color: Purple"><strong>كما تطرقت الورقة إلى الحديث عن محافظة البريمي ورؤيتها والجهود المبذولة وتوثيق الوضع الراهن على المستوى الإقليمي والمستوى التخطيطي والمستوى [QUOTE="سالم العلوي, post: 1495280, member: 13126"] [FONT="Arial"][SIZE="5"][COLOR="Purple"][B][justify]خلال الندوة الأولى لمبادرة البريمي أجمل التي تبناها المجلس البلدي بمحافظة البريمي وبرعاية جامعة البريمي، قدمت كلية الهندسة بجامعة البريمي ورقة مهمة اعتبرها المشاركون أهم أوراق الندوة وكانت بعنوان ( التجميل والمعمار)، قدمها كل من الدكتور إسلام سلام والدكتور محمد رفعت من قسم الهندسة المعمارية. وهدفت ورقة (التجميل والمعمار) إلى تقديم عرض توثيقي للوضع الراهن للحالة العمرانية والصورة البصرية لمدن المحافظة ( البريمي ومحضة والسنينة) وأهم السمات المميزة لها، مع عرض لبعض المقترحات. كما تطرقت الورقة إلى الحديث عن محافظة البريمي ورؤيتها والجهود المبذولة وتوثيق الوضع الراهن على المستوى الإقليمي والمستوى التخطيطي والمستوى التصميمي واختتمت بالمقترحات والمناقشة. وأكد المحاضران على التوصيات التالية: • هناك حاجة ملحة لوضع مخطط استراتيجي طويل المدى لتطوير المحافظة بناء على الضغوط التنموية المتوقعة نتيجة لخطط التنمية الإقليمية. • ضرورة مساندة خطط التنسيق الحضري على المدى القصير لتطوير الصورة البصرية لمدن المحافظة، مما سينعكس إيجابيا على كافة القطاعات التنموية الأخرى. • هناك حاجة لعمل المخططات التفصيلية لمدن المحافظة. • ضرورة مراجعة محاور تركز الاستعمالات والخدمات على مستوى مدن المحافظة. • ضرورة إجراء حوار مجتمعي شامل بمشاركة كافة أطراف التنمية العمرانية من القطاعين الحكومي والخاص حول خطط تطوير إعادة توزيع الاستعمالات طويلة الأمد داخل المدن. • ضرورة تطوير دليل تصميم عمراني شامل لمدن المحافظة. • هناك حاجة لإجراء دراسات تفصيلية للمناطق ذات الكثافات السكانية شديدة الانخفاض.
