MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has issued three Royal Decrees:
Royal Decree No 28/ 2011 appoints Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal bin Saud al Busaidy as Minister of the Diwan of the Royal Court. Royal Decree No 29/ 2011 appoints Lt Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani as Minister of the Royal Office. Royal Decree No 30/ 2011 appoints Nasr bin Hamoud bin Ahmed al Kindy as Secretary-General of the Royal Court Affairs with the rank of minister. The decrees took effect yesterday. — ONA
